Chateaubriand & aussie Tail for two, accompanied with a side of cream spinach, and a twice baked is the meal -any suggestions on a Great Wine to serve.

Welcome to the board, CR. Personally, I'd choose a good Bordeaux as the classic pairing with the Chateaubriand.... preferably a Pauilliac or St Julien. It makes a very special dinner for two, a meal that you'll remember for many years.
