A little smoke up front, spicy, what I think ya'll describe as leather and a good smooth finish.
Matched very well with a roast cooked in the crock pot with red skined potatos and onions.

Yeah, I guess after the groning about my back last night the wife decided to feed me good today.

Last night we were both exausted. Between my wifes teaching at school and her taking a night class at UNCC, and my work didn't go well this week. We just ordered a pizza last night.
I had another bottle of this last night. I saved one glass for today, and just finished it. It was verry good, and it was better today.
