look for a good wine to go with a walleye Roulade stuffed w/ a creamy seafood topped with a seafood cream sauce. The sooner the better.

A nice unoaked (unwooded) chardonnay from Down Under.

Kim Crawford unoaked Chardonnay from New Zealand is a good one if you can find it. A Pouilly Fuisse might also work although some of them do have oak influence.
