- tst - 05-05-2004 look for a good wine to go with a walleye Roulade stuffed w/ a creamy seafood topped with a seafood cream sauce. The sooner the better. - Innkeeper - 05-05-2004 A nice unoaked (unwooded) chardonnay from Down Under. - wondersofwine - 05-06-2004 Kim Crawford unoaked Chardonnay from New Zealand is a good one if you can find it. A Pouilly Fuisse might also work although some of them do have oak influence. - marleyspud - 05-06-2004 TST, that sure sounds wonderful. Could you kindly post the recipe/technique? Thanks. MS |
