This is a 100% Tempranillo from La Mancha, aged in American oak. Very Old World on the nose and palate with dirt, tree roots and fresh 'shrooms tempering the ripe fruit; nice finish, not over-powering at all, very food-friendly. Perfect with BBQ'd brisket, ranch-style beans, spud salad and cole slaw (all store-bought... got lazy). 13% alc/vol and a whopping $6.56 at Sam's Club. Another truck-load buy.

Gonna have to look for this. Sounds great especially for the price!
