13.5% alcohol. This was preferable to the Honig Cabernet Sauvignon for me although it may have been that the C.S. was just too young to be fully appreciated. Sustainably farmed, solar-powered winery. Straw color with transparency. A bit frizzante or spritzig when poured. Grapefruit and lime suggestions. Plenty of acid. Crisp, with a long finish. A good match for ruby grapefruit and avocado salad or salad with vinaigrette or some seafood and fish dishes. I had it with a tossed salad and crab cakes.
