I opened a bottle of this tonight to go with
fried prawns. Wonderful match. Greenish clear color in the glass. On the nose currants and gooseberrys and fresh cut squash which follows through on the palat. This wine is not a stunner but a very enjoyable wine at its peak. Very food friendly if you like SBs. If you are holding this wine I would try it soon, I will drink mine over the next year or so.

They consistently make a very good Sancerre at a reasonable price.
