Thanks Innkeeper for responding, not sure what it meant, my teacher wanted me to find out the Bin Number of each wine we chose for each menu item. But in that case it doesn't make any sence i will talk to him about it tom. However for now do you think you can help me out, on a site where i can find the Region, the Village, The Producer, The Country, and The Grape variety for the wines i listed? I couldn't find any site at all? Maybe you know where i can get some help. Thanks again

Oh, oh. You used the dreaded "t" word. We have a policy around here (in addition to the one post per question one) that says we give advice, but don't do homework. Here are a couple of hints though. On the front of this site www.wines.com you can click on Wine Lovers Reference. Also check out: http://www.stratsplace.com/ A couple more hints: white Bordeaux is too vague, and red muscat does not exist.

IK, Moscato Rosa (which means "pink" but it is nearly black in some cases) most certainly DOES exist and is one of the most delicious wines on the planet. Lots of production in Trentino and Alto Adige, also in South Africa....

WD, give us a call at 1-800-WINE EXPO and ask them (I'll be in Italy for the next ten days after Sunday) for Abbazia di Novacella Moscato Rosa. These wines are exquisite but are not inexpensive, typically high twenties-low thirties for a half bottle or 500ml.
