Rotling is a German term for wines which have been made by mixing red and white grapes. Famous varieties of these wines include Schillerwein (a speciality of Württemberg), Badisch Rotgold (from Baden – made by mixing Rölander Pinot Gris and Spätburgunder Pinot Noir grapes).
