Oloroso (“fragrant” in Spanish) sherries form the basis for “Cream” Sherry which are made from naturally dry Olorosos which have been sweetened with the rich, aged wine made from sun-dried Pedro Ximenez grapes. Oloroso sherries offer complex, fragrant and lingering flavors.
