TOKAJI FURMINT 1994 $10.75/bottle (750 ml.) (12/case)
This is the dominant varietal of the Tokaj district, the oldest registered appellation in the world. The soft, mellow favors of the grape are faintly reminiscent of fine sherry. The crisp, fruity, and refreshingly dry finish make for an exquisite, satisfying drink with seafood or freshwater fish, fowl and cream-based sauces.

TOKAJI FORDITÁS 1990 $21.50/bottle (500 ml.) (12/case)
Literally translated: turnover. It's an ancient specialty of the Tokaj appellation that was unavailable for the last fifty years. Forbearer of the Italian ripasso method, it goes one step beyond. After the free-run juice for the famed essence has run off, the botrysized handpicked grapes are covered with new wine and fermented on the lees into a true nectar. The complex flavors of peach, honey, apricot, and truffles make it an ideal aperitif and a great accompaniment of foie gras, pâté, turkey and ham.

TOKAJI ASZU 4 Puttonyos 1988 $23.95/bottle (500 ml.) (12/case)
A great display of flavors, ranging from walnuts, pecans and honeyed richness, the elegant acids are high enough to almost offset the sweetness. Try as accompaniment to pâté, fois-gras, fruits, anything with nuts-or beans, smoked ham, even cold cuts.

TOKAJI ASZU 5 Puttonyos 1988 $32.75/bottle (500 ml.) (12/case)
The enormous mouth-feel is enough to justify Tokaj's reputation as one of the great "Terroirs" on the planet. Silky, rich, complex, displaying layers of almonds, peach, honey, truffles, mints, apricots, just to name a few of the most dominant elements. It is a true experience, from the lovely bouquet to the seemingly never ending finish.
