oloroso
Oloroso ("fragrant" in Spanish) sherries form the basis for "Cream" Sherry which are made from naturally dry Olorosos which have been sweetened with the rich, aged wine made from sun-dried Pedro Ximenez grapes. Oloroso sherries offer complex, fragrant and lingering flavors.
