2010 SYRAH VENTURA
This wine is made from 100% Syrah grapes from Chile. It has a deep red and purple color. It exhibits aromas of anise, black pepper and black cherry. On the palate, it has notes of boysenberry and raspberry linked with overtones of herbs and spice. This wine pairs well with roasted meats, poultry, butternut squash soup with goat cheese crumbles.
