The Sale of Alcoholic Beverages
Wines.com does not sell alcohol to minors (anyone under the age of 21 years old). By using Wines.com or any service of Pervino, Inc. you affirm and swear that you are over the age of 21 and agree to accept responsibility for your own purchases and actions. Once wine is shipped, age verified and delivered by courier, you accept responsibility for your product and acknowledge that the product is wholly and entirely under your control. In the event that a minor has accessed and utilized Wines.com website, we are required and obligated to inform enforcement officials in your local area to prevent any future damage. All wine purchases must be age verified upon release by courier.
Third Party Content and Monitoring

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are redeemable via our online store at www.wines.com and can be applied to all or any specific range of products. Due to the limited availability of certain products, some products may not be applied to gift certificate redemptions.
Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged, extended or returned for a refund, except to the extent required by law. Gift certificates are non-transferable and have an expiration term which cannot be extended (again unless applied by law). In the event that your order balance exceeds your gift certificate value, you must first pay the balance with a credit card to redeem the certificate. Gift certificates have no cash value and are not considered legal tender. Gift certificates are subject to the Wines.com Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for expired, lost and/or stolen gift certificates. Wines.com reserves the right to void and cancel any purchase deemed to be ordered with a fraudulently obtained gift certificate. Wines.com is under no obligation to inform customers that their gift certificate is approaching expiration.
